I have been asking for the Epocrates link to be fixed in the prescription area. I don' t need a sales page, I need my link to Epocrates. Is this no longer "our problem" because Athena owns Epocrates?
Why can inactive charts have labs and messages Imported? The chart is inactive as it is a duplicate.
When I am a reviewing imported labs, why is it that I can only see, last visits , upcoming visits on a pt (bottom left) when "all patients" is checked?
Support is becoming more and more frustrating to deal with.
Updox is on my system, what am I supposed to do with it. Why did I have to pay my IT guy to get involved in the install?
