I didn't check his deleted items because from what I remember he chose to have them auto-delete upon logout. Anyways he has since retyped his note.
I harped enough about locking windows before leaving the room and I also painted the windows and L key to make it easier to remember. But its hard to remember to log out of AC first. And that was the problem. The MA ignorantly 'shut down' AC to do an EKG. In previous AC versions the Dr's note could have been resurrected or at least found in the last note backup file.
