Are the problems ONLY with wireless connection? Screens 3-6 could be due to network problems. If there is NOT a problem with the wired network, the wireless system would be a good starting point. Could be the tablet NC or could be the router. Is it in certain rooms?

Now if it isn't a network issue, it may be time to call Tech Support
