The price for Dragon Medical is too high considering the prices of their other products including for atty's.
There is alternative if use tablet with windows 8.0 and touch screen. Can write in space and insert in appropriate fields. Can therefore write note as doing H&P. I tried it and had no problem transliterating my handwriting into type. I write faster than I type and it is way less expensive in a time of decreasing reimbursements than what Dragon seems to believe its worth.
