Yes, the Guardian Angel guy reinstalled AC. Did not fix the problem. I do not know why he did not want to repair. He was supposed to call me back after speaking to "Senior Technical people" on Monday; it is already Wednesday and no one has called me back yet. I called multiple time today but it goes to VoiceMail.
