The thing that is frustrating for me is you have a number of people trying to help, all of which have a better chance of helping you compared with support.
It is helpful to us to be able to offer other suggestions if you try the ones we provide and give the results. Like did you add a codes.mdf and a meds.mdf to see. You have to trust me. YOU CANNOT HURT AC BY DOING THAT. Even if you could, you could always download again.
Did you try uninstalling AND nuking the AC folder which is left behind that contains certain files and folders that can affect AC.
And, the seven other suggestions? Even if none of them work, they allow us to have a better idea of what may be going on.
