I've upgraded to the latest version this last week and have noticed that after I have entered the diagnosis, if I go to order a lab test, xray or procedure, the diagnosis does not appear on the printed order sheet. Any ideas?

Make sure there is check mark on the diagnosis first and then check mark the test. When you print then the diagnosis and test will both print.
