There seems to be some uncertainty -- but I have faith they will pull it out.
This is too good a program to ruin.
I would agree with this. While they have picked a vendor, all the links and the details are PROBABLY not worked out. This then, would determine the price. Since most of this is electronic transfer, there is not a lot of labor involved. The marginal cost to increase services to a large number of providers may be small, thus a good deal may be obtainable. But then ..... (The devil is in the details)
