Pitcairn aside -- I'm hoping for the continued success and development of AC as a tool for small practices.
I'm not real fond of the cloud idea -- internet pretty shaky where I live, and I just don't trust it over the long run, though it is amazing when it works.
How many people coming out of residencies does anyone think are looking for independence? Seems like they all want to be white collar employees, to me.
And how long will it be before that crowd of well-paid white-collar doctor employees suddenly finds itself going down the road of public school teacher. Reviled for making too much money, and blamed for the cost of "medicine".
They might wish they had a union, then. But it will be too late.
