Our Dr. uses Dragon Medical Practice and he also trialed NoteSwift.
He received a Dragon trial via the booth at the last ACUG in Florida.
I'd have to ask the manager to whom she spoke with at the booth, but in the end I believe she ended up talking with another Customer Support Representative from Dragon over the telephone.
If you can, I'd recommend urging the booth representative that you're interested in trialing it before you buy it as we did.
As far as NoteSwift goes they provide a free trial for two weeks. The Dr. was still getting accustomed to Dragon when we naively downloaded NoteSwift. This inevitably began the two week trial and the Dr. did not get much time to play around with NoteSwift. So I would suggest beginning them separately. Get accustomed to Dragon and see if it is enough for you. Once you've benefited from all its features, look into NoteSwift.
