Total agreement.
The certification requirements are draconian and unrealisitic.
Most of my log truck driving patients will not be able to get CDL's if the rules are taken literally, and if there is a wreck (which is not unusual with log trucks)I am sure that the medical examiner will be dragged in somehow -- maybe in a big way.
I'm going to pass on this.
I think certification is mandatory in April
