The one I found is online offered by a provider in Washington State - go to WOMA.ORG which is the Washington Osteopathic Medical Association and scroll to the bottom and click on the link for Medical Examiner Course - they are listed as approved provider of training and it is $250.00.
I know nothing of the quality of the education but it meets the requirements - you have to register on the NRCME website to be an examiner, take a course and then travel to take the test at a testing center (computer generated).
