All the letters are there. I initially couldn't find my old templates for the letter writer and completely re-wrote all of those templates. But they were there.
The rest is unfortunately true. The billing button being grayed out is a pain for the staff. Not devastating but definitely not easy or efficient.
I'm working with my practice management company to get my interface to work again. I didn't realize how much my staff relied on this but it cut their time in half entering info.
Well, the new version has given my staff a lot more busy work to do on the days that I'm in the operating room.
