The same thing with me. I was told by tech support at that time that there was a problem and the download resulted in a file with the wrong extension. I changed the file extension ".exe (to AmazingChartsV6.5P1.exe) and the file installed correctly(384 mb).

I am only telling you what I did. I am technically not supposed to tell you what to do.
