Still can't print.
I did get a call this am but they weren't able to sort it out before I had to
go to a meeting. They were supposed to call back, but didn't.
Still can't print. Hard to get my work done.
Will be glad when their customer service dept grows some. The folks are all very nice, just stretched too thin.
