This appears to be a recurring issue with Updox. Unfortunately. When it works, it works great. When it doesn't... And lately I have been seeing more glitches. Like the desktop shortcut disappeared for some reason. I had to go search for the answer. I did send an email to support but I found the answer before they responded. Again, they are stretched too thin I think. I share your frustration.
