I have made decision support for various items(such as Echo, CAT scan, PFT, CXR, TSH, PT/INR) I would like to see in my progress note and also coordinate this with the PQRS standard, so that my note automatically has what PQRS requires to be as this will translate further into CQMs
I have created a decision support rules based on this, using diagnosis codes,
A1C, Lipid profile are already in place.
The MA copies results over with the date in the desciption fild as this shows up in the note.
