What is the best way to document the most recent lab data in my note? I tried to search in the forum and couldn't come up with much.
Ideally, it would be nice to have some sort of lab repository which can be opened up like a spread-sheet (entering and displaying data in the "tracking data" does not work well)during patient visit and one can select the data to be imported into the note.
I am currently typing it in the Exam, but to update it on each visit is not easy. I do maintain an excel sheet in my imported items but cannot open both the current encounter and the imported tabs at the same time and can't cut/paste a row or column from it.
How is everybody coping with this? There got to be a better way. I like to have the following in my note- Hb Platelets Creatinine Potassium Glucose Lipid profile HbA1C LFT TSH
