I realize this will come off as self-serving, since Jim and I are practically neighbors, but...
I recommend that we give Jim broad discretionary powers to set this up. He is a busy doctor like most of us, and it will be a lot easier for him to organize this if he is able to stick with venues and areas he is familiar with.
Having an experienced hand at the tiller will maximize chances for bringing us together to pass after years of discussion.
If this meeting is successful, we can branch out and try some other venues.
