How low was "significantly low"? I Rx testosterone to a few men and they certainly see an improvement in their quality of life. Most are 50+ in age.

In my readings there is starting to be some evidence that maintaining testosterone levels in middle age and beyond may reduce diabetes and heart disease with no significant increase in prostate cancer rates. Of course, the first level of treatment should be improving lifestyle factors (optimal body composition, fitness, alcohol, sleep etc).

I once read that there was more literature on using testosterone in women than there is in using in in men. Don't know how true that really is.
