I am trying to prep an encounter / chart note, a day ahead....so it's ready to go for the provider. But when I alter the date and put in tomorrow's date, it still puts it as the date when I created the encounter... I would like to be able to prep ahead for my provider without my provider having the hassle of having to change all the dates.
Any ideas?
