Bert/Indy/Sandeep Thanks for all of you I appreciate your feed back. However, my problem is my knlowledge about computer networking is Zero. I do not undrestand most of your technical term. I looked into AC in the cloud; it is pricy. This not an option for me. To answer Sandeep questions; I will use one office at a time. I am the only user, in addition to my nurse and the front desk person. I have no server in my office. Is there any way to use a lap top and synchronize with the main PC to start with? What about networking with logmein?
