I have gotten reimbursed for the g0009 and 90732 even when it is billed with a concomitant office visit e & m code..... and I have not had to use the -25 modifier on anything; total reimbursement is about $90 for the two, so you make a $20- $25 profit on each shot. (referring to Medicare specifically)
