I am wondering if it may be a regional difference, or my office manager says if one uses the nursing visit code 99211 with the flu shot and/or a 25 modifier with the 99211 the flu shot will not be reimbursed.
Just checked and I am getting reimbursed on my flu shots that are being given same day visit.
