I scan the insurance cards from my Brother 8840D MFC right into my PM program. The Brother comes with its own scanning software but I don't even have to go through it. My PM software has a variety of scanning options and I just simply default it to the Brother machine. Two clicks and one side of the card is in, two more and the other side is in. I can also print off the scanned image if needed.
