This is not exactly what you want, but this is something I use. When I started AC, for a visit, I wanted to be able to review all information that had arrived after the last visit. When I mentioned this at our local users group, one of our members gave me the idea (thanks, Gino!). We created a folder for each patient's II called *New Info, and added a blank document to it (to keep it present). Using the * keeps it at the top of the II folder list. For any new document, my secretaries drop it in this folder. So, before seeing the patient, I quickly review all documents there. Afterward, we drag and drop the documents from new info into the appropriate folders (Radiology, Consults, etc). Our labs are not yet codified, so lab PDFs are in new info also. So, a quick look at new info and the prior encounters gives me all the data since the last visit. And, even though I have already signed off these documents, it is nice to review them again just before the visit so they are fresh in my mind.
