It seems it would be very handy to have some way to search the entire patient chart for items entered into the chart after a certain date (typically the last encounter.) Thus, it would be possible to quickly review all messages, labs, imported items, etc. that had been put in the chart since the patient was last seen. Does this strike a responsive chord in anyone else?
