Yes, yes, sort of.
And this is likely not the most efficient way to handle this but my nurse handles the Updox workspace for the most part and as the "paper fax" comes in shoots me a message to AC (pt name, drug amount requested, pharmacy) I open the message and send the script refill through AC so the message and prescription transaction all recorded in one message saved. Clunky and extra work? Yes. But it works.
and the message saved is more informative than the message saved when sending a prescription through the electronic prescription renewal through new crap (crop).
