Does anybody know if there is a way that you can import items into the chart and choose not to have the provider sign off besides using the "NON-Medical Info (No Sign off required)"? We have many items that we don't want called Non-Medical that have already been signed off by the provider on paper and just need scanned into the chart under the correct item type. Our providers then feel they are duplicating their work by signing off again electronically.
