It's not a matter of cost, but also a matter of finding the time to do it. Look around on the forum and you'll see hints at other projects they are working on such as the new PM module, meaningful use stage 2, AC in the cloud, etc.
I don't think you guys are aware of just how hard writing an interface can be.
