If you have SBS Essentials, then you have Remote Web Access. In the console you should set up the Remote Access. It should give you a domain name, https://yourname.remotewebaccess.com. That uses an SSL Certificate and will give you access to all of your Win 7/XP/Vista Pro/Business Computers. No other ports besides 443 are necessary. That's about as secure as an online credit card transaction.
