I think it is a matter of personal preference whether you use Paperport or Updox; each has its advocates. I can't see why you would need to use both, though. All faxes that come into Updox are handled the same way, and all can be imported into AC without any additional format changes. With your set-up, why use Paperport (and then sometimes print back to Updox)?
