I use logmein when I am at the Hospital and Nursing Home to produce my daily progress notes, as well as from home to work on charts. Even though I have high speed internet there is always a delay with logmein on each stoke that makes it maddening. It is no where close to the speed of being at the office. It works fastest on my MAC at home. I tried to sync my laptop but had problems with loosing data. Does anybody have any other suggestions? Since 20% of my time is at the hospital and 15% at the Nursing Home it is important to find a solution that could speed me up at those locations.
