I know it is atrocious - I believe caremark is the one that sends me faxes with no phone number on them only fax number. Frustrates me to no end - I will just send it over and over and tell the pt. what day and time surescrips verified it and they tend to get mad at Caremark. I do my best to generate ill will against all mail order as I feel it destroys the pharmacist-patient relationship.
