I have had problems with the entire CVS Caremark organization, top to bottom. Their local pharmacies are just as bad with refills. They regularly "run out of" common medications. And two of the CVS pharmacies in this area are under investigation by DEA for being the top two dispensing stores for oxycodone in the entire country!
Sounds like 60 Minutes should do an investigation.
