My wife created a template in Updox with all the info, but I am not taking many new patients, but my existing patients, my nurse is calling and having them fill out the demographics and filing this in their chart--works quite well, but not doing this with new patients, until i train them on how I want them to use the portal--ie not a free unending e-conversation with my nurse. jimmie
