Not sure if I am phrasing this correctly - what I want to know is, would it be possible for a pt. to enter their own stuff (personal info, insurance info, contact numbers, disclaimers, and even family history) into AC before we even see them? (assuming we have a chart set up for them)
This would free up a lot of time for our front desk, and they could be verifying insurance while the pt does the other stuff....
