A potential benefit of AC being cloud based is that it should make upgrades seemless. After reading many of the various upgrade hassles over the past few years, having a more seemless upgrade approach would make it more efficient for us Doc's and AC support.
I do however like my server based network and probably wouldn't change to cloud based unless there was no other option, and then, I would look for another option.
