I see four kids from time to time, but I never have four charts open or would want to. Again, my MA would bring four paper charts in a room, but it would do me no good to open all four. If it is four acutes, I do one at a time. If it is four well child exams, I do the Bright Futures form on all of them, then I go into each chart and look at growth curves, meds and vitals, then I put them all on the exam table and do an assembly line exam.
