i am using dragon 9 professional, and i find it works great. i was using dragon 8 pro, but i never used the document examiner; i am in v9, and my accuracy has gone up to 98-100%. be sure to use the document examiner, and you'll notice a tremendous difference.
btw, i find that dragon medical is not necessary, pro is sufficient.
