I would like to give more clarity on the purpose of a software prototype. It is Not suppose to be a fully functional product. Its purpose is to show mock up screens (with minimal navigation) of what the final product is going to look like and flow. An example of this would be a Spec (model) Home. We know that a Spec Home gives a home buyer the opportunity to view the style (inside and out) with limitations of a house, before he/she buys, or build their final house.
I have created short video that demonstrates the LW prototype. Some probably have already tried to input data into the screens and nothing happened, like with the ?Welcome? and ?Login? screens. That?s okay. Nothing is supposed to happen on the ?Welcome? screen. Just click the ?Finish? or ?Cancel? to show the ?Login? screen. I should have visibly provided the community with the username: mickey and password: 123456 for the prototype?s Login screen.
I did provide the information in the ?Prototype Overview.pdf? thinking that would suffice. But, I?m learning more and more as I go. Here?s the sample video:
