Greetings,

Yes, it will link (interface) to AC?s patients, consultant, and more. Yes, a letter (document) can be edited after it has been saved to a desired location. Yes, you?ll be able to open a saved letters and edit them, according to format (.txt, .rtf, and .doc) extensions. The primary format will be .RTF. This tool will be flexible with its saving mechanism. It will save documents like any other standard word processor. You will be able to save your letters any where you like, as long it?s not saved directly into AC?s II folder.

The beauty with this tool is you?ll be able to transfer saved letters (documents), or the current letter into AC?s imported Items, for a selected patient. That?s where all the magic is going to happen. This means that you wouldn?t even have to write a letter using the tool, but use it to transfer saved letters into a patient?s imported items in AC.

Once a patient?s letter(s) are transferred, a message box will display to indicate a success to their (the patient?s) imported items. And, then within AC, with a refresh of the patient, the doctor should be able to see the new imported items for that patient. This is to give an idea of how the tool should flow.

@Dr.Grauman - BTW, Dr. Grauman, you have access to Donors Download (on the website ) to view all design documents and time tracking. You should have seen a page with a password after you?ve donated. Let me know if you didn?t see it, or get it?

Please (Dr. Grauman), when you get a chance (maybe a weekend when you're not so busy) download the ?Use Cases. pdf.? It describes every task of use for this tool.

For everyone else (lurkers included), remember, this tool is going to be free; the donations are for time, support, and resources (development cost). Feel free to donate if your heart is touched by the worked produced. I'm hoping to earn more supporters. Thank you all. smile
