I have had a couple of charts where the encounter I am working on shows "no active meds" in current meds box but when I look they have active medications. On today's patient, even after writing a prescription and clicking on the box it was still listing no active meds, that was how the final note came out as I was not able to change it in 6.1.10.??
In version 5 you could type free text into the Current meds box, but it looks like that is not an option now??
