If you are using the same name of company and same Tax ID, you don't need a separate license. If you are planning to actually have a staff there needing to access AC, then your best bet BY FAR, is to have a real server in the primary office along with a separate Terminal Server. You can then use LMI or RDP to connect. Better off with RDP.
