There has been alot of discussion here concerning the need for AC to have a method to put in reminders for patients. However, there should also be a set place in a patient's chart to check for the date of a previous test. For instance, date of last mammogram or date of last pelvic exam&pap smear. Where do other users of AC place this information? Is there a regular place that you use so that the dr. can always look at the same place in the chart to check for this information? Where could AC add this function?
Would appreciate some suggestions on this one.
