If you have used the "Order"button to order a test, x-ray, or procedure--that data is stored in AC's database, including the order and the date. Would it not be easier to design a small program to retrieve the data out of AC's data base and give it to you as a "Report of Last Time the Following Tests were Ordered" for Mr. So and So. I am sure there are programs that you can buy to search SQL databases and generate reports by whatever parameters you define.
