You have got to get a break. Staff goes home on the weekends and hopefully puts the office behind them, you NEVER do.
I'm sure there is another doc who may cover for you, possibly in exchange for covering for them. Get some time, get a break, breathe.
What would you say if a parent came to you with a similar schedule?
