This has only occurred within the past couple of days for us. It has only occurred on one machine, our newest, running Win7 and AC 6.09.
As described above, clicking anywhere in the patient's chart takes you back to the main AC screen (without closing the chart). Once it was quite persistent; roughly 10 times in a row, trying to enter the note (in various fields) repeatedly took you back to the main screen. We finally closed the chart and reopened it to make it stop occurring.
Hopefully this will not prove to be a more common problem; if so, it could be very annoying.
