I like your question, and would like to hear others thoughts on this. I hope you don't mind, but can I piggy-back on your post a little bit, and add a question? We have heard about a lot of issues with V6.09, and heard repeatedly that 6.10 would offer a fix. In addition to the value of 6.10 (as you asked), could I also ask people to add: what fixes in 6.10 have you noted for the issues in 6.09?
My experience thus far is that if you put MU aside, the program is remarkably similar to V5. I have not used health maintenance so I can't really comment on improvements there. eRx is pretty similar to what I saw before.
