The MU features which allow you to track health maintenance is actually useful to track things like colonoscopies, diabetic eye eyes, foot exams, etc. are useful for lots of thing other than getting MU Dollars.
Some of the new demographic issues like next of kin and linking charts, places for phones, contact preference, etc are helpful.
Electronic prescribing and refills are much better (albeit a bit more slow - I spoke with AC this am and they know some of the issues and are going to work on it, but do not have resources to do right away).
The summary sheet is cleaned up - the ability to do chronicity or acute, etc is good - not sure when it was added.
The program in general continues to slowly evolve - MU is important for many providers.
